Despite the cost being a low cents per klms item IMO its still dumb to
spend more money than necessary on oil when there is no proven benefit.
Plenty of well known brands oils that meet or exceed Toyota's specs for
Dawggies engine can be bought almost anywhere for less than $30.00 for
5lts so why pay $20.00 more?
When we had a Corolla I used to buy Toyota branded oil from the local
Toyota dealer for about $23.00 for 5lts, I have no idea who makes
Toyota's oil but if its good enough for Toyota to put their logo on it
its good enough for me and I see no reason to pay any more.
