Not quite yet.  I have a fairly old Garmin GPS that I want to use in a
vehicle.  It'd only be if someone tries to mandate the fitment of a
tracking device that I'd be looking at jamming it.

Of course, aluminium foil wrapped over the GPS aerial and earthed to
the body of the car should drop GPS signals without interfering with a
separate GPS in the vehicle or damaging the disabled unit.  :-)
