hence the disclaimer within the question - to clarify I don't mean 'is
there a way to disable it as is' I mean, rather, 'is there some flag
that can be tripped whilst the ignition keys are in, alarm off, engine
running, or something, even via a laptop, that will allow it to be
disabled for just such a scenario'?
