It certainly would be :)
In fact there's already a number of videos on YouTube of people doing
similar things, including Jeremy from Top Gear, as a way of having a
70mph vehicle that avoids the London congestion charge :)
It's not a ridiculous idea, if you do it responsibly (i.e. just give it
a bit of curry to get going, but pull the power right back while
cruising along.)
