Austin is in serious need of roadway/driveway regulations and enforcement.

If you really hate this stuff, dig up the appropriate department & annoy 
them to the extent that the problems annoy you. I guess it might even help

to annoy your city councilperson! There must be a politics/pavement 
connection -- how many roadway problems are there in Westlake?
