I always thought that the roads in Rhode Island were among the nation's
worst examples but am now convinced that Austin is not lacking in this
respect.
But, compassion has its price and the money that should be going into
road repair/maintenance is sadly finding its way to to social
ingratiating programs for our "less fortunate" citizens.
A goal of feeling "good" is much more important than *not* feeling bumps
in the road...
