As anybody who's had their car windows tinted knows, Texas law
requires minimum light transmission of at least 25% on all side
windows for cars. Yet, I constantly see cars with 35% tint on the
front side windows, and 10%-15% tint on the rear side windows, so dark
you can't really even see through it. Is this one of those laws
everybody can safely blow off, or what?
