Re: Rebuilt A/C Compressor

by Gary Brady <gourdhedd@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sep 10, 2007 at 09:14 PM

I haven't been following this thread very closely, but over the weekend,
I found out that I needed an exhaust manifold for an older Honda that
I'm trying to get rid of. I did a google search on "used Honda exhaust
manifold" and came up with another search engine that is tied to salvage
yards across the country. It listed product in stock as well as contact
info and price of this part. After using this search engine, I
immediately received about 30 emails confirming availability and the
least expensive yard called me this morning. The part is on the way
without ever calling a salvage yard directly. I didn't know this kind
of thing existed, but was quite pleased with the results. You might go
this route for the compressor.
