vintage A/C bracket

by N8N <njnagel@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 12, 2007 at 01:58 PM

any hints as to possible mfgr. of this bracket, and/or where to find a
tensioner pulley?

The one that Vintage Air sells for its own Studebaker A/C bracket
looks similar, so I think if nobody has any better information I may
just call them tomorrow and see if they will sell me the tensioner
separately from the rest of the setup. I remember being told that
their compressor bracket wouldn't fit under the hood of a 53-55 C/K
though (the early Stude coupe and hardtop with the low, sloping hood)

I have already asked on alt.autos.studebaker and got some good ideas
but I figured I'd try here as well.

thanks,

nate
