As Burgeman said if they look good they may be OK, particularly if the
car has been garaged and you don't do highway driving.
On the other hand I've learned to change my tires at 7 or 8 years
because I've had tire failures in hot weather on highway drives, even
with Michelins. They usually have around 60K miles at that time.
If you just chug around town you should have no problem.
BTW I'd love to have such a low mileage 300M of that era.
