Actually a field service action ( Fordese for "recall") rather than a
TSB... 
it has gotten more complex rather than simpler... We're still waiting for 
the harnesses for some cars and Explorers.... Funny you should bring it up

I had a 99 Ex in my bay this afternoon... All I could do was the interim 
recall (disconnect and tape up the coonector). Add in the NEW FSA... 08S01

to replace harnesses fitted to some vehicles that places the fuse on the 
wrong side of the circuit. and it turns into a cluster f^$k. I'm told that

we can expect the necessary harnesses by mid-March.

We have lots of the original harnesses in stock but, in our area, at
least, 
pretty much all of the units that take that harness have been serviced....
