Are you sure it isn't PL20195 (Purolator PureOne) or plain L20195
(Purolater 
Premium Plus)?  Both of these are FL 400S equivalents (the PureOne being
the 
more expensive / better). It could also be a ProLine filter (a chaeaper 
version built by Purolator for a private label brand name).
