The 70 kWatt battery pack goes 250 miles with a 10 minute recharge time. 
  Now we're talking about something that can be useful for the average 
person.  I bet the recharge cost would be less than three dollars.  In 
some ways I hope the price of oil remains high so cars like this will 
finally see the light of day.
