That's just one of the possibilities.

Find out what those computers think the problems are. I think the modules
are under the carpet under the passenger's feet. You can probably view the
fla****ng lamp of the engine computer by pulling back the little flap of
carpet. I think you'll have to pull back more of the carpet to see the
lamp
(LED) on the transmission computer.
Turn the ignition on and count how many times the lights flash. The number
of flashes indicate where the problem may be.
