Since you already own a Liberty, you already know about any maintenance or

reliabiilty issues it may have.  Assuming you have the 4WD model, I think
you 
will be pleasantly surprised at how well it will get up that steep, rough 
mountain road without even breaking a sweat.  Just take it easy until you
are 
familiar with the machine and terrain.
