Usually they run back down to where they belong, sometimes not.  If it
binds 
up when you crank the starter, then take out the spark plugs and crank it 
over a few times.  It is not going to hurt anything to check the brake and

power steering fluid level, cause that stuff can run out.  Differential 
fluid can run out the axle seal, but it probably won't.  The coolant 
overflow reservoir may empty itself.  You may lose your wind****eld washer 
fluid.  Weird stuff can happen to the eva****ative emission control
system...
