Hi Earle,
I thought about the lockup solenoid in the retractor like most cars
have
since the seventies, but there's no wire running to the passenger side,
just
to the driver's belt. And I had Mustang that would lockup, and wouldn't
release until you shut the ignition off, and a Thunderbird that would just
about strangle you if you floor boarded it, or touched the brakes a little
harder than normal.
