sir,
i know you hate diesel engines in light vehicles for fear of pollution.
in
addition to purchasing an '01.5 ***mins powered dodge this week (for a
work
truck), i also purchased a 2008 ***mins powered dodge ram with the 6.7
liter
***mins ( http://concealedcarryforum.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=4298
).
what i find most interesting about it is that it meets 2010 emmissions
standards. not only does it pollute less than gasonline engines, but
(read
this twice!) the exhaust from this truck is CLEANER than the air that goes
into the intake. thats right, the EXHAUST going out the tail pipe is
cleaner than the air that goes into the intake thanks to the particulate
filter.
im wondering, with this being FACT (i can post segments of the
dodge/***mins
produced video that explains it) how do you now feel about diesels in
light
vehicles?
