Not true. Billieboi doesn't give a rodent's rectum about pollution. His
constant railing and whinging about 'greenies' and tree-huggers merely
confirms this. He has no ideals, no desire to make things better or safer
for anyone, or any other normal, decent human compulsions.
His only concern it to be right. Undeniably and Unquestionably Correct.

This is /not/ unusual. It's been the case in many parts of Europe, and has
been proven by laboratory analyses time and again.
It has also been replicated many times under strict laboratory conditions.
Of course, it has to be mentioned that a lot depends on the quality of the
diesel fuel being used.

Twice is never enough. He could read it two thousand times and it wouldn't
make any difference at all.
He has decided what the trvth is, and will never let the facts or any
evidence get in the way.

Billie will:

o claim the facts are wrong
o probably call you a liar

He will feel the same. Once he's decided what is correct, he will NEVER
change his mind under any cir***stances.
As I said, he will not consider this to be fact, but more likely to be
some Dodge/***mins propaganda, and easily ignored.
