Mentioning your rude treatment is easy enough to do while hiding behind
your phone, just as I am hiding behind my computer. Try complaining to
an officer in person, and well, you have seen what is one thing that can
happen.
If you can call the actions of Officer Taser "heavy-handed tactics" for
that situation rather than a criminal assault and battery, then we are
going to have to agree to disagree.
Actions of that sort are a complete and unnecessary abuse of power and I
will feel that way as long as I live.
The driver wasn't helping, but it was the cop that caused this traffic
stop to be a problem. That is not my opinion, that is clearly evidenced
by the video.
In addition, had the police cruiser been rear-ended before they moved
the victim from his position of extreme danger, that would have been a
clear case of voluntary manslaughter.
