IIRC, the oil pan won't come off unless 1) the engine is removed, or 2) 
the front subframe and suspension are removed. #2 is probably more work, 
even if none of the bolts are frozen, and you'd still have to bend over 
the fender to reach the engine, risking both the paintwork and your back.
