Thanks Ken. I was afraid of that but I appreciate your insight. Would have

thought the needle would vibrate along with the noise but I suppose there
is 
enough delay in what it reports to mitigate the fluctuations. Can I stop
by 
the next time I am in the DC area and have you help me install it?
