Turn Signal 93 Ford Tempo

I just picked up a 93 Ford Tempo to drive for the winter and the right
turn signal is burnt out. I picked up replacement bulbs, but am having
dificulty in figuring out how to replace it. I can't seem to find
where the access to the bulb is at. Please tell me I don't have to
remove the bumper cover or something??? Any help is appreciated
