I think it is possible to ionize the air in the engine simply.
And to force the air migrate from air valve to fuel valve is possible.
As you know at stratified charge wankel engines , fuel enter the engine
with burning with the help of small fire at the gate of the fuel flow
At this system , there is more need for air contact with fuel.
Magnetic force can be used for to move air from one place to another .
