Can someone help me with a question. I am working on a 1979 RX7 and it
keeps backfiring between ****fts. It also backfires about 3 times on
deceleration, if I just rev the motor... All backfires are out the
exhaust. The timing is spot on leading and trailing. I have also
attempted to advance the timing about 8 degrees, but it did no good.
The car starts great and runs well, just the constant backfire. Can
anyone give me some ideas on how to fix this? Thanks...
