The problem is that champ car fans will want to keep the dp01...and I

know if that's possible....
however, NHL by taking this stance means that the two sides have to come
up
with something that will work this mess out.
I see this actually as a positive move. now, if Penske and a few others
can
make the same threat, then we get some movement on this issue.
if the owners of the series will not make movement, then it have to come
from the teams, and I see this as a good trend...
