Robin's article presented many compelling reasons to merge, but the
one thing he left out was that dealing with a dumb ass like Boy George
has too many pit falls to make it viable. I mean, he screwed US OW
racing once and F1 once. His lack of brains means he will do it again.
If he would give up control to a qualified third party that is neither
the CC owners or himself, then it could have a chance. As it is, no
one in their right mind would take his offer only to be screwed in the
long run.
