Greatest moment in CART history

Now that CART is finally no more it is time to look back and reflect on
some 
of their greatest moments in auto racing history.

Their single greatest moment was when they accepted the sanctioning fee
from 
Fontana and then refused to run a race and refused to return the
sanctioning 
fee.

You really have to admire the shrewd businessmen who can accept a 
sanctioning fee without actually going to the expense that would be
involved 
in running a race.

That is how I will remember CART.  Liars, cheats, thieves.
