But they sound so great!  Has it been that long since you've heard an Indy

car with a turbo in it that you've forgot?

I remember them being a problem many years ago, but not lately in Champ
Car. 
I'm not tech savvy enough to know why it hasn't been a problem lately. 
Are 
the pop off valves built better now?
