hummm.... knew that the formerly owned penske tracks now owned by
france had issues,  RA at one time did,  but it seemed they were happy
to oblige if the race occurred this year... sure they're unhappy that
they have one less race this year anyway,  or was CC part of an ALMS
weekend with them?
