classic . illogic. knowing Newman and Haas, if they could put a car
in they would. Rahal didn't back out the team did. yet another feeble
attempt by the dot to deflect this from being IRL's fault since they
barely gave each CCWS team enough stuff to start, left them with
another race to work on anyway in two weeks across the country, so it
just seems to be a sound business decision given the cir***stances.
