How is Champ Car's last minute fold-up the IRL's fault? The IRL gave NHL a
car as promised, and NHL promptly wrecked it by trying to go too fast with
a
car they were unfamiliar with, with a driver who has limited, if any, oval
experience.
They should have done what Milka's team did, and dialed a ****load of
downforce into the car until they were more familiar with the car and
venue
type.
