I agree. time will tell.
I only do not like the cars and what they represent. crapwagons was a
good description. sound like crap too. there is nothing like
standing on shoreline ave just past S/F in long beach with those turbo
renards, swifts, penske's and even AAR's going by at 180 MPH. what
really pissed me off about IRL was the fact that teams like Penske or
AAR can't develop their own chassis and engine combo like they did in
CART and win it. or grab a reynard and a honda and win it. it may
"level the playing field" but it "NASCARized" OWR. control costs but
don't control innovation. thats what was cool about CART. and what is
cool about IMSA
methinks the only reason Danica won was so that it would overshadow
the last CART race. :-O
when she first came out in IRL I was stoked to see a woman racer going
somewhere. since then I have realized she is just a spoiled little
brat that didn't get her way. too bad Sarah fisher wasn't the first
to win. at least she's not a B__H
