"In suing NASCAR and ISC, the folks at Kentucky Speedway are hoping for a
settlement that means a Cup date for them. In my mind, the Kentucky
lawsuit is
akin to building an NFL stadium then suing the NFL for not awarding a
franchise.
It is using the court system as weapon for robbery. Bludgeoning by
attorney,
death by writ.
"I hope NASCAR fights them tooth n' nail and I pray sincerely that the
folks in
Kentucky lose the suit in their first court appearance and then again in
appeal."
