There are a lot of sites on the internet about, How to read spark plugs

The resistors in spark plugs are for cutting down on RFI, Radio
Frequency Interference.If you could find some NOS, New Old Stock, spark
plugs that dont have resistors and will fit your engine, you would
probally hear a lot of static in your vehicle's radio.Nowadays with all
of that computerized stuff in vehicles, I can only guess what RFI would
do.
