hi just bought 1994 rav4 im****t and im doing 12 miles to the gallon and
so i took it to garage expecting it to be cat ,so changed it and also
discovered that the emissions were way too high to pass the mot,,just
spent 600 pounds. and no fault found yet ,please please please any
advice.
