Do I qualify as a "personal im****t" or not ?

by "Tingeridge" <lesleystirling_work@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Jan 5, 2007 at 09:12 AM

I live in Trinidad & drive a Honda Fit which was im****ted from Japan as
a used car. I am returning to live in the UK in February and would like
to bring my car with me, but I am not sure whether I will have to pay
duty ? I have had the car for more than 6 months, but I will only have
been living in Trinidad for 10 months by the time I leave, not a full
year. Does this mean I will have to pay duty on the car ? Any advice
would be gratefully received
